When your painting project is completed we will do final sign off and you will pay the balance to painting contractor.
You will have peace of mind that your investment in your home met your expectations. What are the Costs for The Paint Consultant services?
We have an Initial Consultation Fee of $50.00.
During the initial consultation we will come to your home and assess your painting needs.
We will sit down with you and walk you through what you should expect and what your problem areas are.
We will provide you with a base price on what it should cost to paint your home.
This Consultation will arm you with key information to ask all your prospective painting contractors.
The assessment will give you knowledge and an unbiased opinion on your painting project.
At completion of Initial Consultation you will have a choice. Use the information we provided to find and hire your painting contractor OR procede to use The Paint Consultant for managing your Painting Project. The Paint Consultant as Project Manager: Our minimum fee for managing your Paint Job is $400.00 for all projects up to $5,000.
Projects valued at $5,000 or more we charge 10% of the value of project. Ex: A $6,500 paint job the fee will be $650
This Fee is usually can be recovered by helping choose the right Painting Contractor for your home. Ex: If you have 5 estimates. Ranging from $3,000 to $5,500 and we help you choose the contractor at $4,100 and oversee your project. You still are under the highest estimate at $5,500 AND you had The Paint Consultant watch out for your best interest.
AND the INITIAL CONSULTATION FEE goes toward your Project Management of your home.
